Excluded are: Berthing fees outside of the permanent berth of the yacht (while anchoring is included), if the cli- ents request personal drinks and food preferences those could or will be at the discretion of the char- terer and will need to be paid in advance or to the yachts operators while onboard, all land activities including food and drinks, special request such as motorized watersports ETC.
